House Sitter in Whittier, California

I am a 46 year old full-time online student in the process of crawling out of the hole my ex left me in. I have lived in Temecula for 15 years and am currently moving to Anza temporarily with family until I can find a better option. I have a 25 year old son who continues to live with me. He was fully employed but our move forced him to quite his job due to the distance vs. gas cost vs. vehicle reliability. So, I am looking for something that might accommodate us both so he can go back to work and I can continue my education since I am so close to my degree. We would like to be up in Lake Arrowhead, but we are not being picky at this point and would consider options anywhere. My son would like to be working, so a location that might have more employment options than Anza would be great. I love to cook and am pretty domestic. I have some physical issues which limit my ability to do heavy work and some cleaning duties. I have pins in my spine, arthritis, degenerative disk and a bunch of other spinal type issues. I am smart and reliable and after bringing up a family for the past 25 years, I know how to get things done, even in a crisis! My son and I both like a very basic environment. We aren't looking for loud and chaotic lives. We have had our fair share of 'excitement' and prefer balance and something consistent. We are both well versed in computer related areas and between us both there isn't much we can't figure out or get done. Life has taught us well.
