House Sitter in Santa Barbara, California

I own a 5 unit executive short term rental property in downtown santa barbara. I was just offered a bunch of money to rent MY particular suite for 1 month beginning this weekend. I need to stay in SB to take care of my property and can't find any 1 month rentals that make business sense for me to rent. I am a 49 year old Santa Barbara native. My family has been here for 8 generations and own a lot of businesses in town. I am single and have a small 8 lb shi tzu who goes everywhere with me. If the dog is a real problem, she can stay with a friend but, I'd much rather have her with me! I'm available through the 20th of February and would love to stay in your house and watch after it for you!
