I am a 52 year old energy business executive with twenty plus years experience in the energy sector. I am recently separated and seeking a long term house sitting opportunity. I have owned many homes in my years and can provide the type of service that comes only with years of home ownership. I am seeking this opportunity for the simple reason that after two divorces i am not in the buyers market at present. i need some time to regain myself to get back to ownership.i have owned homes in some of the Northeast's most prestigious communities. I most recently lived in the community of Royal Oaks, here in Houston. I spent nearly twenty years trading crude oil on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. I moved here to aid in the expansion of a crude trading desk at a boutique shop started by a colleague of mine from the exchange. The desk prospered and grew to nearly triple the revenue. I have since moved on to aid in the development of a credit risk department at 120 year old firm out of Paris, which has never before dealt within the energy sector. I am exceedingly clean and neat. I have a good working knowledge of the basic needs of keeping up a home. if any major repair were ever needed i have the smarts to know that there are professionals that know better than i. For the day to day necessities i am more than qualified. i would be pleased to meet either over the phone or in person for further qualification of my abilities and personality.
