House Sitter in Reno, Nevada

I'm an
Individual
I am a Business Analyst, non-smoking professional. A cheerful, independent and responsible person, I would be the perfect candidate to mind your house, pets and gardens in your absence. My interests include reading, walking, beading and movies. I have been a world trekker from Mexico, Spain, France, Belgium, England, Switzerland and Egypt. I am looking in the Lake Tahoe/Carson City/Reno Areas to housesit. During one job I cared for 3 cats, 1 dog and a teenager in high school and was required to cook, clean up, do lawn care, tend a truck and run groceries/errands. My experiences includes an old farm house with 3 cats over a winter stay that also included 1 vehicle as well as caring for a handicapped woman with a service dog for five months. I stayed in Egypt in a rented home and cared for it for the CEO of Ahmose, Inc. The climate had me clean every other day for the dust. I would be delighted to hear from you. References are available. I have a profile on LinkedIn/feliciaives. Regards, Felicia Ives

Hello Kedra, Sr. Technical Recruiter, DRC: Felicia Ives is a wonderful, bright lady. 1. Her quality of work is excellent. She is very detail oriented. Felicia starts and completes a project she is very diligent. I have asked her to write and edit 30-40 page documents for my patent applications nearly overnight. Then turn around research business proposals the next day. 2. Felicia has great initiative; she is very creative and pursues her dreams and goals. Felicia has a very positive attitude and is very determined. She is persistent and reaches the finish line. She had to teach a hearing impaired government employee who had a habit of turning off his hearing aids when he did not want to be bothered. Felicia persisted in her attempts to find a rapport with the gentleman and finally stumbled upon his love of wood working. At the time coincidentally she was refurbishing the built-in kitchen cabinets in her grandmother’s house, and had mentioned to him that she was looking for a good stain. After that she was able to tutor him the application she was assigned to teach. 3. One of Felicia’s strengths is her ability to work well with people. She is a well rounded, people person. Unfortunately, I am not. She loves to be helpful and is willing to take on outside task, like refilling the printer, in order to speed things along. I have seen Felicia over the years interacting with groups and people of diverse backgrounds and they usually reach a consensus and achieve objectives and complete projects successfully. 4. Felicia is quite creative and intelligent. In fact she has talents that I feel sometimes are overlooked perhaps because of her gender. However, I have observed that she seems to surmount obstacles; 5. Felicia is very punctual and usually arrives to work, meetings ahead of time. She does not like being late. She will want to work even when ill or injured if there is a looming deadline, and has work dozens of hours of overtime to get a project done. 6. Felicia is a very professional, classy, lady. Felicia dresses well and has a wonderful clean appearance. I have always reminded her that her wonderful smile makes people cheerful. In fact her name essentially means “happiness”. I have succeeded in business, primarily due to Felicia Ives’ help, initiative, intelligence and unique talents. I constantly rely upon her input to my many technical projects, hence she is indispensable. The only weakness I see is that she is very quickly forgiving of people’s shortcomings, while I am not. Sincerely Carl R. Amos, CEO Ahmose Inc.
