House Sitter Job in Morro Bay, California

Our house is a clean one bedroom, one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is on the street level, so it would be fine for an older person, couple and maybe one more. There is a dog door that enters into the garage. And another at the back end of the garage to the small fenced back yard. Wifi is available. There is a 65" TV available for viewing DVD's or Utube or Amazon Prime, but no cable connection for the TV. Pearl, dog loves to be outdoors, but the front yard that she loves is not fenced and she would need to be watched if allowed to go out front. She stays around the yard (front) but needs a gentle reminder at times to "stay in the yard". She's a good girl at about 8 years old, she still loves to play gentle catch. She walks well on leash. Del Mar park is nearby for walking the dog, as well as dog beach, where she is allowed to walk off leash. I want you to walk Pearl daily for at least 20 minutes, play with her at the park or on the lawn at home with her throwable toys, feed her twice a day, and I am willing to provide pictures, if that helps you make a decision. I've never done this before, but have friends who have and they rave about the help they have received. I hope I've given enough information, but please let me know if you find something missing that I may provide here.
