House Sitter Job in Iron River, Wisconsin

We are looking for a house sitter who could possibly be a repetitive sitter during the winter months. At this point the month of January 2018 is our focus. We simply want someone trustworthy to occupy home to manage mail, phone calls, heating operations for the house, and house maintenance. These services are in place but need oversite - not actual hands-on work. House is comfortable, in small town of 1000, 45 miles from Duluth Minnesota. High speed fiber optic cable available in the house. ATT&T with booster is the major cell phone carrier.
