House Sitter in Mastic Beach, New York

I, and my Wife are looking for a "live-in" house sitter position to fill a 7-11 month period while our house is being rebuilt. I am a 6 year professional plumbing service mechanic and a handyman for the better of 15 years. My Wife and I are great with animal and were running a non-profit cat spay and neuter rescue out of our home for the last 4 years, before a faulty electrical wire in the sub floor of our kitchen ignited a fire that destroyed our home on December 8th of 2013. We are desperately looking for a house watching position ASAP. We are both non-smokers,conservative, neat and pet free. References are available upon request.
