About Us: Melissa - My experience with animals includes volunteering at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley, MN. I helped with taking the shelter dogs from their kennels outside, cleaning the kennels, providing clean drinking water and helping customers with information and alone time with the animals in the rooms provided by the facility. I currently have a Husky, a Boxer and a Tabby Cat living with me in my home. I have had dogs and cats in my home all of my life growing up and would never want to be without them. While my sister and I were in our teens, we even had horses at our grandparents' home in Wisconsin. I am experienced in training horses for small town and county horse shows which included barrel racing, pole bending and western riding shows. I helped in caring for, exercising and feeding the horses as well as cleaning the stalls. My education includes professional training in Business Management and most of my work experience is in Voice and Data Installations and Management, however, I have recently made the decision to change my career path and start doing what I love and would really enjoy doing each day. I have a genuine passion for animals and I always have. In addition, I offer reliability, competence, dedication and most of all LOVE. Robin - I have 30 years of experience caring for animals, I grew up on my grand parents’ farm riding, training, and showing horses as well as caring for: fish, rabbits, chickens, iguanas and more. I have always owned dogs. I also volunteered at the Animal Humane Society in Todd County caring for dogs and cats and matching them with the right family.
