Hi ! My name is Pamela Sweet. I have been pet-sitting for over 8 years, mostly for local people on Aquidneck Island. I often pet-sit for a small dog OR cat overnight at my home. I'm a freelance toy/gift designer and I have a home studio. Since I work at home it's great for a visiting pet because I can be " emotionally supportive" both day and night. This works out especially for pups who have separation anxiety. I walk my dog clients regularly and encourage 'safety' commands. For instance if your dog "pulls" on the lease, I've been able to correct this BUT it will only stay corrected if the owner is willing continue my routine. I have two Scottish Fold cats - one of most mellow breeds in the universe! They are used to dog or cat visitors. My place very clean and spacious. I LOVE animals and I'm a calm person.
