House Sitter in La Crescenta, California

Hi, I live in the La Crescenta area and have wide availability, even on short notice if it's local. A little bit about my services: *I can care for pets. I have had cats all my life, am especially with good with them, even the "scaredy cats". *I have taken care of dogs. I probably prefer the small to medium breeds to be honest, but I have cared for some sweet souled larger ones as well. *Home care: I can help keep your plants alive and green, bring in mail, stay overnight to keep a good eye on things, etc. One important thing to know about me is that I treat people, pets, and the environment with respect. I take care of things the way that I would want my things cared for. I value being a trustworthy person who can provide peace of mind that all is well at home. There is enough bad stuff going on in the world, and I personally try to be one who presences qualities that I would like to see more of in the world; caring, respect, integrity, peace, and joy (to name a few). I also believe in leaving my environment better than I found it, so you can be assured that you will return to your home in good order. I highly respect privacy, so know that I have no need to pry or share anything about your home or life. I work in Special Ed for the school district, so not only have I been screened and background checked, I also am a caring, patient person (I work with autistic and special needs children). I also have done some work with elderly people. I was a full time caregiver for my mother before her passing. I find particular joy in being that helping hand and caring presence that can make such a big difference to someone who just needs a little help, compassion, or joyful presence. I would love to be that caring person to help with your house/pet sitting needs. Over the summer, I am open to opportunities out of the area as well.
