Former director of athletics, teacher, and coach of multiple private boarding schools from New England to California. A confirmed bachelor, semi-retired (Age 60) now living in DC and seriously hoping to vacate the city ASAP. Experience with residential life spans 40 years. Very familiar with living in other people's homes while taking care of children and/or pets. General household and property maintenance is of second nature; splitting wood is one of my favorite exercises. Never married, no children, non-smoker, and very little baggage. Looking for a place to live in exchange for manual labor, a small monthly salary, and supervision of grounds. Operative drivers license but my preferred mode of transportation is by bicycle. Education: BS and Master's Degree. Well traveled and in very good condition. Just looking for a job, away from education, as I head towards retirement.
