I am a professional single adult native of Phoenix AZ. I am available to look after your home or winter home for the hot summer while you are away. I can manage everything from light garden and lawn maintenance to animal care and everyday house needs and maintenance. I am a working professional and work mostly afternoon /evening shifts. I grew up on a small farm here in Phoenix AZ. and have a love for gardening and animals. I am flexible, reliable, trustworthy and experienced. I have managed properties internationally as well as locally. I have a clean back ground, reliable transportation and clean driving record. I speak native English as well as Spanish and some Italian. Timothy is in a word, "amazing!" He has watched our family home multiple times over the years and I wouldn't say it is the easiest task. We have animals, a pool, a yard, a large amount of mail/deliveries and the list could go on... When we return, the home is in perfect order, actually - better than when we left.
