House Sitter in Sylmar, California

Hello. My name is dena. I am a young professional woman, making my way through this beautifully, intricate and challenging life. I am now 42 and jumping into a career shift. Though, not totally sure in which direction It’s going,there is definitely change on the horizon. I’ve been residing on the west coast to be with my mother in her last days, and have been maintaining a clientele, I’m a hairstylist, in NYC. Ir return to the city about every 4 months and coiff some serious city hair! There’s nothing like it anywhere else. And I love it. What a city. I do concider coming back at times, and who knows, I may. For now, just waiting for my next steps to become clear.. which is partly why I have no pets. Though I want them so much and I may just rescue a doggy and admit that i could wait around forever before I’m “ready” ... anyway, while I’m in NY I’ve stayed with various friends and sublets. I would love to add animal, house and plant sitting Into the mix and give my life even more purpose. I’ve been signed up on here since 2014, the year I bagan my travels, where I learned to speak Spanish in Mexico and visited my ancestry estate in Scotland. What a place! Also, so gratefully, spent my 40th birthday in Iceland with my newly departed, precious mother. ~alas! Have yet to reap its benefits, both ways. My caring and tending skills are top notch, my self respect reflects through my work and love. As well, makes a gal feel at home, when she’s not home. The unconditional love of a pet getting affection feels warm and safe, like my blessed childhood.
