My skills are as listed below.. • Occupy any type of home while owners are away and handle the general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior • Perform cleaning, vacuuming and dusting duties keeping in mind specific instructions from the owners • Pay any bills pertaining to the home. • File incoming mail and ensure that any instructions for mail forwarding is followed • Feed, water and bathe house pets and take them to the vet if they have appointments for vaccinations • Inspect the house several times to ensure that no intrusion is possible or evident • Ascertain that the house is properly locked down at the end of the day • Set up and monitor security systems and alarms and inform authorities at any sign of intrusion
