House Sitter in Denver, Colorado

I am a 35 year old guy with no pets who loves animals. I'm in transition back to the Denver area after a summer of travel. My profession is engineering, and I have a steady and respectful manner - I would like to take great care of your home, your pets, and your plants, and be respectful of what is yours while you are away. I have been a "tenant" for many years, and quite a few landlords have told me I'm a great tenant. I think it was because I am the type who has enough knowledge to notice if something changes and could be a potential problem for the homeowner. I just believe in the golden rule, simply that. You will come home to a clean house, happy plants and animals, just as when you left. I can provide references from previous housesitting experiences as well. A long term housesitting situation is an option for me, but at minimum I am looking for a few weeks in the September-October timeframe, as it will help me to transition into finding a room-for-rent situation. P.S. I am not a partier, and it would be fine if you asked that nobody else comes into your house.
