HI! I'm Edica and have lots of experience making a house a home. I'm 36 yo and have experience with cats, dogs, birds, fish, farm animals (goats, chickens, cattle, pigs, and goats), gardens and house plants. Growing up on a farm in Eastern Wa, I've had lots of experience handling Issues that may come up, and troubleshooting home improvements from pesky leaks to more serious issues (I.e. Broken windows, plumbing issues, etc)
