House Sitter in Seattle, Washington

I'm a transitioning 22-year former active duty officer military retiree relocating to the Seattle area without my family for a stretch. In order to help you and save some cash while moving, I'm looking for a long-term live in situation to watch your home and take care of things while you are away. I've house sat for friends/family/clients and have used housesitters before. I have owned multiple homes and currently have a 3200 sqf house (with over an acre yard), three kids, pets (large dog and two cats) of my own and understand all you may need done while away. I have security clearances, easily verifiable identity, a BA and MBA, am professional, reliable, umbrella policy insured and discreet as you need me to be. I don't smoke, don't use of any kind and again will be there in your home alone to give you peace of mind. I will be working in downtown Seattle but have own transportation.
