House Sitter in El Cerrito, California

Hello! I and my sister are college educated professionals (Stanford University and Scripps College/UCLA respectively) who have been forced to relocate suddenly back to the El Cerrito area in order to provide care for our elderly parents. We are Bay Area natives, having grown up in Berkeley and El Cerrito and graduates of El Cerrito High School. Our mother's sudden and severe illness caused the sudden move. She is recovering well but we have both realized that we must be here full time for immediate availability and care. We are looking for a House/Townhouse/Condo, at least two-bedrooms, to Sit for 90 to 120 days as we look to find permanent accommodations. We are available to move in NOW! We are both currently interviewing for jobs (I am a Non-Profit Executive and my sister is a University Academician), although we do both have on-going professional work (me as a professional speaker and management consultant and my sister is a professional writer/published author). I have recently sold my home in Arizona and my sister is still a homeowner in Southern California. We understand, appreciate and respect property & home-ownership and will care for your property as if it were our own. We are currently living in our elderly parents home in El Cerrito but this situation can only work very temporarily.
