My name is Karen. I have been a full time Realtor in the greater Phoenix area for the past 25 years. Moving to Maui, have employment there...I have owned a number of houses, (and a very large boat) and am very experienced in home maintenance & care. I am very careful, grew up with "The Golden Rule" and always treat other people's things even better than my own, if that is possible. I am absolutely alone, no pets...friends, or children coming along with me. My children are all grown, live on the mainland and have lives of their own. I do NOT smoke or use drugs, and only occasionally have one cocktail. I am very conservative, and have learned a few things in life the hard way, so you never forget those lessons...thus do not repeat them. I am very wary and extremely cautious, and trustworthy. Having been a Realtor for so many years I am very aware and make absolutely sure to lock everything up before leaving, and locked even while I am at home. I grew up on Long Island, N.Y. (on the ocean) and thus have grown up spending quite a bit on time boating and other water activities and in N.Y. city attending all sorts of performances, visiting Museums and Art Galleries, Concerts, Plays, Fine Dining etc. I get along well with people of all ages, and from all walks of life. I am very kind and considerate, and anticipate what needs to be done. I will take excellent care of your property.
