I am a 59 yr. old female who has been a property manager/rental agent for over thirty years in the Tampa area. I am very honest and dependable. I am very capable of scheduling maintnence if there is a problem, etc. I would treat your home as if it were my own. I am single, don't smoke, no pets. I am looking for something long term, or at least through the summer. I am living out of state but would like to relocate back to Florida.
