Summer time yard care as well as winter time inspections around the home to check that nothing freezes if the home is unoccupied, or check on pets and insure that heating/thermostat is operating properly. I have owned and maintained 10 - 55 gal. fish tanks for several years, have had reptiles, and have 2 cats and have been a dog owner for many years (Rhodesian Ridgebacks). Typical house sitting is collecting/forwarding mail, walk-arounds of the property to check fences, trees (wind damage), windows, doors, storage sheds, and checking inside for thermostat, water, etc.
