House Sitter Job in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin

STURGEON BAY-DOOR COUNTY, WISCONSIN, is a lovely Midwest destination filled with wonderful people, lots of activities (most free), a plethora of performing and fine arts, and comfortable weather where -- in April, May, June, September and October at least -- one needs neither heating nor aircon. We are looking for a responsible couple to live in our home, keep it clean and maintained for us, but -- most importantly -- to care for our three miniature schnauzer "children" who are spoiled rotten (at best) and demanding (at worst) ... but we love them unconditionally. We'll ask you to bring in the mail, water a plant or two, and generally maintain our property in the condition we keep it, but our main concern and priority is that you provide lots of TLC to our dogs during our absence. We do have someone who comes in every other week to clean ... so "heavy-duty" cleaning isn't required. You'll enjoy our home and large yard, Sturgeon Bay/Door County, and all the special people, places, and activities, that make this an ideal destination. Please note that we will provide you access to our home and its contents -- including WiFi, TV, etc. -- in exchange for your pet-sitting and home-care services ... but no additional fees will be paid. With three small but lively Schnauzers, we've found that two people sharing the pet-walking and care-giving responsibilities are easier on all.
