House Sitter in Sandy Springs, Georgia

I'm coming home to Atlanta for new job training and I'm looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement. For the last 3 years I've cared for my brother's children and home while he traveled extensively for work. I've also been assisting with my elderly parent's home 40 miles away, all while working for an event management company. Now the kids are older and the folks are getting the care they need, so I'm working on my own future again. I'm training in the real estate industry, and I'd be happy to maintain your home, attend to mail/utilities/pets, and perform any needed repairs/upkeep as needed. I have extensive mechanical & technical experience, so if there's a problem with a garage door, or the WiFi isn't working like it should, I'm pretty handy with figuring those all out. I'm pet friendly, though I do have a mild allergy toward cats (short-haired do best) Best of all your home will be watched after by a mature adult male: Security-minded, no substances, no alcohol, no drama. I keep to myself, I don't like guests, and my ideal good time is staying in with Netflix and take-out. (Though I'm a decent cook, I've found it preferable to avoid using the home's facilities as much as possible) My previous house sitting arrangement involved keeping a home in presentable condition while it was on the market, and I'm fine with any similar arrangement.
