I'm looking to trade my services for full-time housing, perhaps including a reasonable stipend depending on the amount of work involved, or just a straight exchange for housing. I'm a talented landscape designer, experienced in all aspects of gardening and landscaping including: design, installation, soil amendments, irrigation, tree trimming, natural formal and corrective pruning, proper maintenance, etc., as well as home renovation, redesign, basic carpentry, painting, refinishing and faux finishes, basic handyman and 'fix-it' skills for simple repairs and general maintenance. Also very experienced with pet care, food and beverage preparation and service, cooking, cleaning, organizing, personal assistant, event planning, property manager and caretaker. I'm something of a renaissance man, smart creative and resourceful, with business savvy and many other skills and talents. Do you need someone to take care of your property when you're out of town or help around the home and yard with repairs, maintenance, renovations, landscaping or yardwork, help with your business, or a property that needs fixing up? Whatever you need done, it's probably in my toolkit, just ask.
