Selling a Tempe Loft, 2 blocks off Mill Avenue in the heart of Tempe. Need someone who will lightly furnish and live in the property until it sells. The right candidate will need to present a professional appearance, keep the unit impeccably clean, and allow it to be shown with a two hour notice. I will have a lockbox on the unit, so no need to be there when it's shown.
