If i have to commute on a daily basis to you home it will raise the rate some what to compensate for fuel consumption. A lower rate constitutes if I am needed to stay on site.832-466-... I have worked with a number of Clientele I pride myself on leaving your home in the same or better shape it was in before you left it in my care..... services include but not limited to Basic house maintenance, Mail retrieval, light rotation(to appear as if no one has left) garden upkeep if you have one, lawn service if equipment is provided and/or if the stay is a overnight stent. Basic pool cleaning(leaf removal) if u do have one. Watering any and all plants. Exercise any canines. If asked or directed to stay at the residence, my actions will include following what you have put down on paper, basic house check(windows,doors,garage door) any and all ports of entry. making sure the house is secure, watching tv, tending to list of duties and attending to the animals.
