Hello - I am a 40 year old, with a career in Finance currently living in Atlanta. Born & raised in Boston move to Atlanta 6 years ago/ I do not have any children or animals but I love both. I have a 840 credit rating and can provide excellent references from past landlords before I purchased a home. Once you meet me you will love my humor and politeness, currently going thru a divorce and want to be out of my home while this transition is happening. I am an "A" type personality hence the Finance job so your home will look as good as you left it if not better. I am a super organizer, so if you need some help with that I will be more than happy. I think house sitting for people will allow me to see other areas in Atlanta and let me test other neighborhoods to decide what my next steps are. I also love pets had a small farm going up with chickens, rabbits , pony and even a baby bull.
