House Sitter in Alameda, California

I am making future decisions about whether to stay in the Bay Area or leave, need time to make these decisions and not pay rent at the same time. I am currently house sitting and pet sitting two properties over the holidays and available for January through ??? I have house sat for friends for years and now I want to turn this into a win/win for you and me. I come with references too. I pride myself on leaving your place better than I find it. I take care of the animals (walking, petting and feeding), gather the mail, water plants, feed fish and other critters, load bird feeders, take the trash bins to the street and back, and basically anything else you as a homeowner would like me to do.
