Hey there! Going out of town? Need someone to watch your house while you're gone? Well I'm the right person for you. I currently am living with my parents and I'm in need of a job. I'm negotiable so my rates go by your schedule and income. I don't have any friends so you won't have to worry about anyone coming and trashing your place. I've got a mild case of OCD (undiagnosed) so cleaning is a HUGE thing for me. The only downside is I have a girlfriend and she comes to see me once a week as she goes to college and doesn't have time to see me. If you have cable and wifi that's a plus!
