House Sitter in Brooklyn, New York

I am super clean and orderly, a violinist/singer originally from Austria. I love animals (and kids) and am very trustful, accountable and responsible! I can also teach German, music and the violin (in case you need someone while you are around with your kids and want extra benefits ;-) I am looking for a place I can take care of (with or without pets) and stay at for as long as you need me :-) I have been living in Clinton Hill/Brooklyn for the last 14 years, I will be in-between houses as of 7/31, my new place is not opening up until September (it got delayed). I have worked many years as a violinist at Emmanuel Baptist Church on Lafayette/St.James Place. I can get references from the church, my neighbors (house owners) down the block, roommates, employers.... I have let people stay at my place when I traveled many times! I grew up that way, my parents' house in the Alps in Austria is always open for friends of me or my 5 siblings to stay and visit, even if no one is there :-) So I know how to take care of someone's home and leave it cleaner than I found it!
