Hello, My name is Grant Buchanan and I am ready to take care of your place! Growing up in the midwest I was raised with an attitude around the golden rule of treating others the way I would want to be treated. I will bring that motto with me every time I take care of your home. I understand you house is more than just a living space - it is a space of privacy, solitude, peace, happiness, love, and respect - and will treat it as such. A young professional working for a reputable construction company, I have an excellent attention to detail and it is expected by my peers and myself that I go above the call of duty, follow through, and prove my worth. I hold myself to this higher standard and have no problem demonstrating this to you. While I have not house sat since high school, I have lived by myself and with roommates for many years. I grew up with and still have pets, and household responsibilities are simply apart of my daily tasks. Things such as trash, mail collection, yard care (basic or extensive), pet needs and care (feeding, walks, litter / poop collection, medication) are all things I can handle with ease. I am also very handy and could do housework, repair, or other odd tasks (not too odd please) while you are gone. I am new to house sitting in Austin, but am able to provide previous roommate and current employer recommendation at request. I would prefer to meet up with you and get a tour of your place to know expectations, level of care needed, and tasks you would want taken care of. I look forward to helping you out!
