Hi There, Heather Here :D Thank you for your consideration, I would love the opportunity to take care of and protect your home while you are away. I am 29 years old, a full time Executive Assistant, and graduate from the University of North Texas by way of Texas Woman's University. I've been house sitting since the 6th grade and enjoy it very much! I am a Christian and believe that my expertise in this area is a great way for me to serve my community. "But How!?" (you say) Well, I'm glad you asked! :) In addition to the guidelines and to do lists my clients give me, I also ask that they provide a Wish List for me to complete as well. A great Wish List item would be something they've been thinking about doing for months/years but haven't had the time to do it. For example: -A wall that needs painting -Desk in need of organizing -Boxes from the move that need to be unpacked and put up -Curtains hung up -Children's toys disinfected - Gifts wrapped for holidays and birthdays -And anything else you might think of Of course, this is not a requirement and I've been told no a few times. However, more often then not, I find this to be a great help to my clients so be sure to have yours ready!
