We am comfortable doing home sitting ( living in) and hurricane prep if your are a second absentee homeowner , pet and animal care( previous pet mom for 18 yrs! ), bird feeding. Taking care of plants I also have personal transportation available. Previous Homeowners ourselves ,we have previous experience( she has previous Estate Mgmt Skills and he is very handy !) and background checked and great references!
