Hey there. I’m Daniel - a 25 year old small business owner and nonprofit director who primarily works from home. I purchased my place in Boulder in 2018 and have been loving my time in this community ever since. I can most often be found remodeling, taking my visiting dog friends for hikes in the flatirons, or working out in the garden. I’m almost wholly flexible, down to earth, and happy to accommodate specific requests that may otherwise seem quirky or high maintenance - as I’m not one to be easily burdened or flustered.
