Looking for… - A house sitting opportunity for any span of time between 1 – 4 months. Less than a month is doable too. - In the Durango area - No animals to care for, but plants are fine - Communicative, trusting homeowner(s) who need a loving, mature person to be in their home while they’re temporarily away About me… - Professional, mid-30s female - A landlord myself (I understand what it means to have a good tenant) - Available on short notice - No drama/No partying - Will be staying at the home where I am house sitting - Will care for plants, take out trash & recycling, perform snow removal, clean the home, collect mail, and take care of other needs as expressed by the homeowner(s) within reason My rate for sitting for less than a month is $30/day.
