My Name is Monserrat Romero I have passion for Yoga and wellbeing, and a genuine interest in helping people by providing yoga clases with care, respect, in a sensitive and friendly manner. I believe that one of my strength is the ability to stay calm at all times and act in a professional way, even with customers that my become angry and raise their voices . I worked in a rehab, 24hr facility ( and alcohol) providing a yoga and meditation program for a very need and hard to handle population, leading clases with a wide range of skills, customized instructions for individual needs, levels of experience or limitations.
