House Sitter in Berkeley, California

Thanks for taking time to read this My name is James Winchester im currently available up until new years but am on call for my main trade as electrician trainee which is extremely difficult to get work so im in need of any work that's reasonable .i have worked many jobs that makes me exceptional at many different skills to be flexible for most tasks, Berkeley or Oakland is preferable close to home because my brother and I take care of my disabled mother for in home services. I've have a state Guard card but is currently not up to date but would be able to house sit . I honestly don't say i enjoy plant care but i find it necessary to upkeep also find it relaxing but not much knowledge on the vast amount of different types of plants or flowers i can do the research and learn very quickly is what i strive at. If worked many jobs that requires tending to plants/flower but was told the amount of watering and nutrients for rose garden i brought back to life. I was security at the time but also custodian for more hours. I lived on a farm up north and grew many kinds of vegetables and did great at it.Most of all i am well experienced with taking care of animals of all kinds im a huge dog person and have trained many pitbulls have had many snakes and reptiles. Cats are great but they are way more unpredictable so i wouldnt be the best fit if they are very skittish, i own 2 small dogs myself i would treat ur pet like you would not what i think is best unless i run it by the owner before making a choice u would not. Follow every detail or diet or attention that's needed nothing more or less but ur daily routines and what u feel i need to do i will not overstep and do what's expected of me. I live in Berkeley downtown college area and want the opportunity to provide sitting services for ur home and or pets or anything that needs sharp eyes to keep watch and good personality and most importantly a clean respectful problem solver efficiency and perfection are my best strengths. and weaknesses for jobs in the past that are fast pace where employees make mistakes or errors and superiors careless and cut corners is nothing i will ever agree with i will do the best of my ability to see that all my work history never disappointed me or my employer Please contact me if you are interested. 51060637... txt or call.
