We have known Karl for 10 years and found him to be honest and trustworthy. We have had an opportunity to have him house sit our home as well as our fur babies, and trust him more than family. I would highly recommend him to take care of your home as if it was his own.

Karl & his wife were utilized on a regular basis over a period of about three years by my family. They provided house sitting services for periods of time ranging from a couple of days to three weeks. This took place every 2-3 months. The services included house sitting, dog sitting, and elder care. On most occasions my 90 year old father was cared for which included cooking, house keeping, transportation for appointments, dispensing of prescribed medicines, communication with hospice services, payments for certain service providers, etc. Karl has always proved to be very reliable, trustworthy, neat & clean, conscientious and prompt. I highly recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.
