House Sitter in Roswell, Georgia

Hope you're having an awesome day! My name is Tim and I'm new to house-sitting as a "profession" but have done it many times for relatives and friends. I'm a 6-year veteran of the US Navy, have lived in Georgia nearly all of my adult life (Athens or the Atlanta area) and have lived in the Marietta/Roswell area for the past five years. I have two kids - both of whom are grown and either out of the house or in college. I'm a Network and Facilities Engineer in Roswell and Suwanee and I coach volleyball at both club and high school/middle school levels. I'm an experienced landscaper, painter, carpenter, and mechanic and I have extensive experience caring for and training dogs having raised three of my own from pups. I have also owned several cats, several reptiles, birds, and even a spider and a skunk - so nothing you have animal-wise is likely to shock me. I also have my own transportation capable of hauling small loads of lumber or other materials and capable of towing a good size trailer if necessary. Please note that I'm not retired so I still work most days, but have evenings and weekends completely open and can take vacation sometimes if necessary. All this means is that if your house requires 24/7 care - I may not be the best option. But if you need someone to come by and check mail, plants, feed and care for animals, and keep an eye on the house; or someone to do all of those things and spend evenings/nights at the house, I am definitely your best option. The bottom line is that I'm open to many different aspects of house-sitting and handyman services alone or in combination so let me know what you're looking for and let's work something out.
