I spent the past five years in Los Angeles where I worked with property owners doing everything from full interior design to midnight grocery runs for ultra high-maintenance renters. Several homes I spent extended periods of time in, overseeing remodels and logistics for long-distance owners. I have many references and am not above any task or dirty job. I love pets and am always friendly with and respectful of neighbors. You can rely on my to take impeccable care of your home, and to meet any special requests with enthusiasm. I went to school for Interior Design and also worked as a freelance Production Designer. I realize you’re not seeking a home makeover... my point is that I possess a many number of home improvement skills (most basic, some advanced) and I can likely come in handy should the need arise. I respect the boundaries and directives of homeowners always. However, with the “go-ahead”, swapping expired pantry items with fresh replacements, disposing of all the wire hangers, replacing burnt bulbs, air filters, junk drawer organization, programming your universal remote to actually DO something, are a few examples of tasks I welcome.
