House Sitter in El Cerrito, California

I am currently a grad student at UCSD in theater directing. My home is in the East Bay. At 27 years old I need space to write, to do my work. My mother's home is available, love her dearly but need my own space as you can imagine. Since money is constrained, I felt house sitting this summer was the answer. I am a non smoker, non drinker, non party person. I have house sat in Chicago taking care of a dog. I can get that reference and more if you need it.
