Good Day! My name is Laurie Pantezzi. I live off of Jones Lanes with my 5 month old puppy and my two children (half of the week). I left my position as a Director of Marketing and Business Development in a healthcare practice about five months ago, to give myself some time to recover from Lyme disease. After medication and therapies, I am feeling much better. Since I have been home, I have taken on several marketing consulting positions and I am also a successful Rodan and Fields Independent Business Owner. However, Id love to have a little extra to treat my children once in a while. I live in a single-family home on Jones Lane, on 1.5 acres of land which backs up to a nature Conservancy. The Conservancy area has trails and a small stream perfect for exercise and expending lots of energy at any time of the day. I care for my entire property myself - from all lawn and leaf issues, a lovely koi pond, and beautiful wild flowers which we planted upon arrival. I also have maintained three gorgeous hibiscus plants in my basement with simple grow lights that require little electricity, but some love and care. If you happen to have a dog or cat, I have room for a crate or your animal/s can sleep in their own room (I have 4 separate bedrooms, a fully built out in-law suite, and warm laundry room - or can sleep in a room with me - whatever you decide upon. I am also more than happy to care for them in your home environment - their natural surroundings. I grew up with labradors of all colors, 5 different breeds of cats at various times (from simple tabbies, long-haired greys, Siamese and Himalayan), fish and hamsters. Therefore, I am quite familiar and comfortable with caring for all types of animals (including an ex-husband, though obedience school failed miserably with him ). I am a single mother of two children, daughter and son, ages 10 and 12, respectively. We recently adopted a Lab/Shepherd puppy from a great shelter in Virginia. She has been a source of much joy, playfulness, laughter and fun. I happily also have quite a green thumb when it comes to houseplants, koi ponds, and light outdoor maintenance.
