House Sitter in New Westminster, British Columbia

I am comfortable doing property watching, mail collecting, and doing chores such as washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Because I do not have personal transportation, I use bus and would prefer if we were aren't as far as 30 minutes away from each other.
