House Sitter in Los Alamos, New Mexico

I am an enthusiastic, pet-loving, responsible 44-year-old professional seeking a pet-loving household in need of care and feeding. I live in Virginia, but am organizing myself to spend four to six weeks performing my duties in Los Alamos, and would be thrilled to care for your home and/or pets while I am in New Mexico. Back home I have a high energy German Shepherd (who succeeded my two elderly shepherds in 2016), two cats (one grandma and one kitten) and two guinea pigs of my own, and so I can care for all kinds of creatures--old and sick or youthful and energetic; rodent, feline, or canine. (If you have birds, you may need to provide me some instructions!) I will be happy to water plants, clean your home, clean cages, administer medicine, clean the catbox, backyard doggie pickup and walks as you prescribe, and do indoor and outdoor homecare and admin details as you may need. I am responsive and patient, with high standards of loving care, including and especially for pets needing routine and loving care. For me, it would be a win-win to find an opportunity where I can have the company of your pets while I am in New Mexico, since I will no doubt miss my own menagerie. I hope you will consider me for your needs this midsummer. I am aiming for the month of July, but may be able to orient around your schedule by two weeks or more into August.
