I have known Chris Everley for about a year and a half as a friend and neighbor here in Philadelphia. Chris is friendly and outgoing, and very smart. I enjoy chatting with him. When I first met him he was substantially disabled from a military-related condition. He is now able to get out and about, stronger every time I see him. Chris is always on time, showing up where he said he would be when he said he would be there.
