House Sitter in New York, New York

I am a retired Senator from New Mexico here in NYC for an extended period of time as a Playwright with a play being produced. I am NOT interested in being compensated. I am seeking very nice spacious accommodations for just myself with only personal belongings (clothes) for at least one-month in return for being a trustworthy occupant who will not disturb your property. I also have a beautiful home in New Mexico that occasionally gets rented and I worry about who is staying there, so I will be able to verify who I am and give personal info. My ideal accommodations would involve a place with access to transportation to the theater district as well as a gym. Thank you for your consideration.
