About Me: My name is Bob. I'm seeking house visiting positions in the Philadelphia suburbs to support people who leave their homes for extended periods at a time to enjoy the weather in a warmer climate. I am a highly responsible individual and I can customize my schedule and tasks to meet your needs. I am available weekly or multiple times per week to conduct property visits, inspections of mechanicsls, receive /forward mail and handle package services. I can monitor your property and water plants as needed. I am a semi-retired realtor with household knowlege to identify problems and I am familiar with the operation of alarm systems. I am very responsible, mature and a 35 year homeowner in Jenkintown. Previously I have been a small business owner and was employed as a corporate national manufacturers executive for over 25 years. I am looking for PT opportunities primarily three days (M,W,F) per week to support clients who may travel for the winter and need someone to monitor/ inspect their properties while away on a regular basis.
