House Sitter in York, Maine

Application: Hello: My name is Caroline. I am interviewing for a house sitting position in from Portsmouth/Rye, or ME/New Hampshire Seacoast area near my 2 girls. I aim to apply my abilities as an Excellent Homemaker/pet/garden lover to keep your home in tip top shape (lived in York Harbor year round and used to helping neighbors in FL!) I was raised in exclusive areas w/ppl leaving homes vacant/trained in what is required. A 24/7 eye and constant upkeep will give you peace of mind. I am from Wellelsey and Osterville, MA and spend my workday working for a law firm online (Massachusetts Firm) & occasionally have trial or appearance North of Bos. I offer vigilant property watching—you tell ME—don’t leave except emergency works for me apart from 3/4 days for trial etc. — can give you monthly notice ahead. Light lawn maintenance, light gardening, snow and storm dealing (PIPES/roof! Lived on water in York Harbor!) Major pet care exp. if needed! I have a hypoallergenic Lhasa Ashapa (can go to moms), grew up with labs. My main focus is proximity to my 5:8 YO still in York Hrb. I pick up W/TH at York schools. Saving money post divorce to own something again. ?Have so much to offer in terms of stability, educational skills and professionalism. Worked as PA in NYC fashion PR and Design co. and have many references—Worked for DuPont family as sitter and for the Osterville Koch’s. Now have own law practice, so that’s not recent but I know how to get things done; multitask and maintain that energy and face prescence expected in most of these hard to LIST tasks or task vague to some roles.
