Hello my name is Samantha. I am a Evans based house sitter who is affable, available, and accountable. I am always on time, honest, reliable, discrete, and highly organized. I have a strong work ethic. Military raised, I will work hard and efficiently not wasting your time nor mine for a good honest wage. I have experience caring for horses, dogs/cats, chickens, goats, and can learn quickly, with confidence; to care for other livestock. I am passionate about animals. I have advocating for Staffordshire Terriers, trained high risk animals to be service dogs for PTSD Veterans, and have worked along side my family caring for injured horses. Volunteer work for Colorado Springs based stables. I have renovated two homes giving me experience with basic repair work around a house, utility, electrical, framework, fencing, and many other miscellaneous repairs. I am also aware as to what I can not handle. I can manage efficiently to get the needed professional services. I have experience cleaning homes and working in a hotel environment. I have managed kitchens, as well as, having a degree in nutrition sciences. I can cook, bake, and make excellent tasty meals. I have maintained an organic garden for 15 years, established working plans with production, soil regeneration, plant preservation, cultivation and innovative irrigation techniques.
