Hi there my name is Joseph. I live in Smyrna , Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. I am a subrogation / litigation claim specialist for State Farm Insurance. I would like to find a place to come stay for a month or so in the winter time. Would be glad to collect mail, water plants and handle trash. I am a 71 year old professional, very clean, responsible and orderly, no drinking or parties. Would bring my lady partner with me, who is also a professional at State Farm. Use of the house for a month or so in winter would be adequate pay.
